Don’t confuse Wild Sarsaparilla/Aralia Nudicaulis with Indian sarsaparilla/ Hemidesmus indicus. The Indian sarsaparilla is sometimes used in sarsaparilla preparations but doesn’t have the same active chemicals of the Wild Sarsaparilla/Aralia Nudicaulis.
